The Challenge

Give users an easy and safe approach to editing specific fields in failed inventory Idocs before reprocessing them.

The Solution

An ALV Grid report lists all failed MBGMCR Idocs. It is topped by a data entry screen with fields that can be selected for editing in one or more Idocs. The user can view the PO or an inventory report for a selected Idoc. The edits update the Idoc through standard function modules. The Idoc is then reprocessed by a background job called directly from the ALV Grid.
